	Examination is an essential phase of continuous learning. The best examination system must have the following objects and content: Inspiration to express one’s knowledge of subject by various methods of examinations. We need to have a participatory approach towards examination by way of dividing the assessment through class room participations, term papers, class tests, open book tests, group assignments, group discussion, etc. The good ingredients in a system of examination will have an encouraging effect on students to learn in place of reading texts. Student friendly method of extracting what one has learned. Questions based on analytical techniques than mere recollection of memorized answer. Participation of students in the role teachers with mock classroom situations. Performance parameters to grade students instead of in place of Topper-Pauper evaluations. A sensitive teacher usually picks up the unique strengths and weaknesses of students, one should utilize his/her insight in assessment and empower his/her, by empower the system of assessment.
