PARTICIPATION AND REGISTRATION
A student currently enrolled in a management programme having completed his / her Summer Internship / Project in Summer 2011 is eligible to participate in this competition. There is no registration fee and our department shall provide free moderate accommodation and local hospitality from the evening of 17th November to the evening of 18th November 2011 to all those participating students whose projects are shortlisted for the purpose.
Interested students may send soft copy of their project in the required format stated below along with scanned copies (enclosures) of a recommendation / nomination letter from his / her B-School under the seal and signature of the Head / Director / Authorized Faculty of the B-School and a project completion certificate from the Supervisor / Company concerned. Students whose projects are selected for presentation shall be mandatorily required to submit one hard copy (simple binding) of their project accompanying listed enclosures to the organizer at the time of their registration for the event. The soft copy may be emailed to the Chief Coordinator : Prakalpakriti at Prakalpakriti latest by 09th November 2011. Communication regarding selection of project shall be mailed to the respective participant within three days from the date of submission or after 9th November 2011 whichever is later. The presentation schedule of the selected projects shall be displayed on the college website by 12th November 2011 and also communicated through email.
About || PRAKALPAKRITI ||
Summer internship is an integral part of MBA programme to offer to its participant's hands-on experience of real life managerial situation. PRAKALPAkriti is a National level competition of projects based on summer internship of MBA participants. It also aims at providing a platform for the students of management from different parts of country to come closer and increase interaction amongst them and learn to craft innovative, relevant and outstanding projects - a skill required in their future role. This year's PRAKALPAkriti is the third such competition organized here. The first PRAKALPAKRITI was organized on 9th January 2010. The second PRAKALPAkriti was organized on 8th January 2011. Forty eight SIP's from students of B-Schools from Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat were presented in the final round and evaluated by Mr.Vishal Mihani, Entrepreneur, Cold Storage, Nandura; Mr.Suresh Deotalu, DGM, (QA) Legrand India Ltd, Jalgaon; Mr.Kamal Jain, Factory Engineer, HUL, Khamgaon; Mr.Nikhil Khetan, Entrepreneur.
