Guidelines for Preparation and Submission of Project
The project should be within 25 pages of length typed in Times New Roman Font with Font size 16 for Title, 14 for Sub-Title and 12 for running Text with 1.15 line spacing in Microsoft Word 1997-2003 compatible version. It should be designed as follows:
Page 1: Project Title, Company’s Name, Address, Industry Guide’s Name, Contact Number and email, Name of Participant, Address, Phone and email; Institute’s Name, Address, Contact Person,Phone, Fax and email;.
Page 2: Table of Contents
Pages 3-4: Abstract in maximum two pages
Pages 5-25: Detail of the project covering Introduction, Literature Survey, Research Methodology, Data Analysis, Findings, Conclusions and Recommendations, Bibliography and Appendices
All tables, graphs, figures etc. be numbered and referred to in the main body of the text and full citations of the materials used from the secondary sources must be given. The project submitted should be the original work of the author(s). Necessary approvals, wherever required, should be obtained from all concerned parties and author(s) should ensure that no copyrights have been violated. A project may be submitted by an individual student author or by not more than two student authors. Submission in violation of any of the guidelines will not be considered. The decision of the judges will be final and binding on all.
