Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering, Shegaon (SSGMCE) is one of the most prestigious engineering colleges in India. Established in 1983. It is located in Shegaon, Maharashtra. The students and alumni of SSGMCE are colloquially referred to as SSGMCEians.
Institute was trying for complete autonomy by the state government, People said our Institute is a 'center for excellence' in technical education. The institute now is with permanent affiliation to the Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati.
